After completing a detailed questionnaire, utilizing ZYTO Elite Bioenergetic Scans, and discussing your concerns and desires, an individualized plan will be created to help you achieve your goals.  You will receive this plan via email within 5 business days of your appointment, as well as any supplement or product recommendations (available online or locally).  Some issues commonly addressed include those involving hormones, weight and stress management, digestive concerns, mental and emotional balance, etc.  For more complex concerns, it's often  beneficial to bring in a team of trusted professionals from our network.  In this case, a lot of time and energy can be saved by allowing me to help identify where this may be helpful, and connect you with these specialists.

Women in particular experience normal seasons in which our bodies change and are challenged. There is beauty and power to be embraced from postpartum maturation of our features, to transitions post-menopause.   However, things like clear and smooth skin, shiny hair, and a healthy metabolism reflect deep wellness.  We're all different, and exploring the root causes of prematurely graying hair, excessive skin laxity and cellulite, etc. enables us to address outward symptoms from the inside.  Hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, high toxic loads, lifestyle choices, and even trapped emotions are a few things that can affect our states of wellness, and therefore our outward appearances.  We are all inherently and unchangeably valuable regardless of how we look.  And we will age and change with the years and experiences that we are blessed with - this is a natural and beautiful thing, but one that can be experienced with grace and dignity.  And we can improve both health and confidence by taking care of ourselves - bodies and souls.  We are worthy of the same love that we bestow on those around us, and we teach our children how to view and treat themselves by example.
